Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Executive Assistant & Administration at Falcon Legal in Andheri, Mumbai. The Executive Assistant shall be reporting to Partner/s and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Firm’s executives, managing and administering the office team, provide advice & service to Partner on daily team relations & performance. 

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for team relations & performance, organising quarterly and annual team performance reviews, handling expense reports & invoice processing, offering executive support, Leave & Attendance management, facilitating communication, and providing general administrative assistance & projects as required to support the efficient operation of the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive administrative assistance and providing executive support as an HR
• Proficiency in handling of team, collaboration and delegation of duties
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Nature of Retainer ship : Full – Time Job on site role

Role Description :
Legal Associate Litigation (Civil & Criminal) having PQE of 1 to 4 years at
M/s Falcon Legal in Andheri, Mumbai. Legal Associate will be responsible for
various day to day tasks, including research, legal document preparation,
analyzing legal issues, effective communication, ability to work collaboratively
and comprehensive legal advice.

Qualifications :

• Strong understanding of Law, including experience in Criminal, Civil & Commercial Laws
• Enrolled with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
• Well versed with Marathi / Local Language
• Excellent drafting skill
• Law and Legal Issues knowledge
• Strong legal document preparation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal matters
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines
• Experience in specific legal domains (E.g. Criminal, Civil, Corporate Law) is a plus
• Master’s degree in law or related field is preferred

more at M/s Falcon Legal in Andheri, Mumbai. Legal Associate will be responsible
for various day to day tasks, including research, legal document preparation,
analyzing legal issues, effective communication, ability to work collaboratively
and comprehensive legal advice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients and attorneys, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior associates and represent clients in court proceedings needed
• Attend meetings and assist in the preparation of presentation materials

Qualifications :
